FAQ's
Do I have to be a member to search for toys?
No you don't but you have to be a member to post a toy, trade, and use all the other features we provide.
Do I have to fill out a profile?
No you don't but it is heavily encouraged so other members can view you or your childrens interest and hobbies. It creates a social aspect for each member to leave comments.
Can I upload images of children or minors?
NO! Your membership will be subject to termination without a refund, please use our standard avatars or upload your own avatars.
Can I give out my address to other members?
At ClubMcgee we work hard to keep your address, phone, and email private. It's a service we provide to keep it safe and protected, we recommend not to give out your address.
I'm under the age of 18 can I be a member?
Any one can be a member but if your under the age 18 you must get your parents' permission before being a member.
Where do I ship my toy to?
Once a trade has been accepted by both parties you will be notified of our mailing address.
Do I pay for shipping?
If shipping through USPS priority mail, we will reimburse you the shipping cost of your package once we receive the package and ship it to the other party. All reimbursements transactions will be forwared to your pay pal account or credit card that was initially submitted during the membership registration.
What happens if the other party doesn't ship their toy?
The other party has 7 days from the day of the agreement to be shipped to us. If we do not receive the shipment your item will be shipped back to you.
Can I contact the other party during a trade?
You can post messages on the Message Board for each specific trade which is viewed by you, 2nd party, and ClubMcgee Admin.
What if the item is broken, torn or non-fuctional?
ClubMcgee is not responsible for any damage of an item. It is up to the member to ask questions about the item and make your best judgement. In the future we will incorporate a rating system for each member that will be based on the amount of bad trades and complaints from other parties.
How long do we receive our new trade?
Once we receive both shipments within the 7 days of acceptance, the shipments will leave our location next business day morning. (Hint) The quicker you ship to us the quicker you receive your trade!
